  • Your improvement plan is lodged on line and will be associated with the property, so can be easily transferred to a new owner.

STEP 2

  • project management, including assistance finding vetted suppliers, on-site inspections and post-improvement monitoring and evaluation to ensure the benefits are actually delivered.

  • Update the plan after each measure is implemented

  • (Optional) Architectural design services (we have a fully qualified architect on board but can also advise on engaging another team for design solutions).

STEP 3

  • stay on our client list and receive up-to-date information when new sources of funding become available. We are fully accredited for all main government grant programmes.
